Abstract

Modern computer technologies are introduced practically to all spheres of human activity, including the education. Currently, different software products are used for solution of a majority of applied problems, in particular for the mathematical parameters problems. These products have both advantages, and disadvantages of using. The paper is devoted to the development of the Java SC web-application for the graphic illustration of solutions of the equations, systems of equations and inequations containing a parameter and its application in the educational process. The project is x-plat. This application allows us to obtain the animated graphics of manifest equations or reducible systems of equations and to visualize changes of a function graph depending on a parameter by dynamic graphics. At the research of dependence of a solution of the problem on a parameter the students often don’t understand the influence of this parameter on a solution. Visibility of the function graph changes depending on the parameter can provide an effective search of a solution of the problem. Created software product has distinctive positive features of application in comparison with the known mathematical packages such as Mathcad or Maple: it is straightforward to use and doesn’t require financial expenses. The use of the web-applications of this kind allows us to solve a large class of the research problems in different directions. The practical use of this software product allows us to develop intelligence, spatial and visual thinking, knowledge and skills to work with ICT, to enhance cognitive activity, and helps to correct the knowledge in the field of mathematics. The paper is of interest to pupils, students and teachers of colleges and higher education institutions of graphics.
